We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, under certain privacy laws, disclosures of identifiers or activity information to advertising partners for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where applicable, we will provide legally required choices or opt-out mechanisms.
5. Coins, Gift Cards, Fraud Prevention, and Reward Fulfillment
To operate our rewards program, we may process information about game or activity completion, coin earnings, balances, redemptions, device or account identifiers, and technical risk signals. We may use this information to verify eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent redemptions, investigate suspicious activity, and maintain the integrity of the rewards system.
When you redeem a gift card or other reward, we may request information reasonably necessary to deliver that reward. We may share the minimum necessary information with a reward fulfillment provider where fulfillment is handled by a third party.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or similar regulations require a legal basis, we may rely on one or more of the following, depending on the activity:
- Performance of a contract: to provide requested Services, maintain coin balances, and process reward redemptions.
- Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, analyze performance, and operate our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: for personalized advertising, certain analytics, device access, or other processing when consent is legally required.
- Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.
App Usage Data and Usage Access
Certain BigzoPlay tasks may require us to verify whether you have used an eligible game or app for a required amount of time. For these tasks, BigzoPlay may ask you to enable Android's Usage Data Access permission through your device settings.
If you grant Usage Data Access, BigzoPlay may access limited app usage information available through Android's usage statistics APIs, such as which eligible game or app was used, the duration of eligible usage, and timestamps or usage events necessary to measure task progress.
Usage data is processed locally on your device. BigzoPlay does not upload your complete device-wide app usage history or raw Android UsageStats records to our servers.
After local verification, we may transmit only limited task-verification results that are reasonably necessary to operate the rewards system, such as a task identifier, the identifier of the eligible game or app, verified usage duration, task progress or completion status, and relevant timestamps.
We use these limited verification results to measure task progress, determine whether task requirements have been satisfied, award the appropriate virtual coins or rewards, prevent fraud or manipulation, and investigate task-tracking or reward disputes.
BigzoPlay does not use Usage Data Access to read the contents of your messages, photos, contacts, passwords, documents, or files.
Usage Data Access is optional and must be enabled by you through Android system settings. You may disable it at any time. If Usage Data Access is not granted or is later disabled, certain play-time or app-usage-based tasks may be unavailable, may not track progress correctly, or may not be eligible for automatic reward verification.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining transaction and reward records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, accounting, tax, or compliance obligations.
Retention periods may vary by data type. When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, de-identify, or anonymize it where appropriate, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

11. International Data Transfers
We operate the Services through an independent software studio and use service providers that may operate in other countries or regions. As a result, information may be processed or stored outside the country where you live, including in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
